Running multiple brands

Last updated: 16 July 2026

Stravax Engage lets you run each client you manage as its own separate account inside the platform: its own WhatsApp number, inbox, contacts, and CRM pipeline. Nothing from one client mixes with another. You invite team members into the specific client accounts they work on, and a shared performance dashboard rolls up results across every client you run.

What keeps my clients' data separate?

Every client lives in its own account. That account has its own WhatsApp Business number and username, its own team inbox with folders and 24-hour reply windows, and its own CRM: leads, pipeline stages, and timelines. None of that is shared or merged across clients, so a lead, conversation, or contact that belongs to one client never shows up in another client's account.

How do I add my team to a specific client?

Team invites cover the full lifecycle, from sending the invite to the person joining. You invite each team member into the specific client account they are working on. Someone who only works on one client only needs access to that one account. For the invite flow itself, see /docs/team-security/inviting-teammates.

How do I see performance across all my clients at once?

Stravax Engage ships a client performance dashboard for exactly this: a per-client view plus a rolled-up summary across every client account you belong to. See /docs/agency/client-dashboards for what is on it and how to give one to a client.

Is billing separate per client?

Yes. Each client account carries its own self-serve subscription, its own prepaid wallet, and its own invoices, so usage and spend for one client never lands on another client's bill. Current plans are listed at https://app.stravax.ai/pricing.
