- This help center. Public product docs at engage-docs.stravax.ai: guides for every module, a changelog, and the legal pages, all searchable.
- Inbox upgrades. Internal notes on conversations (never sent to the customer), conversation tags, resolve dispositions, saved views, and a contact side panel in the inbox.
- Meta WhatsApp Flows. Register your published Meta Flows and send them from the inbox; customers' flow submissions land back in the conversation.
- Channel management. Edit your WhatsApp business profile (description, address, website and more) from Settings, and block spam numbers per WhatsApp number with a per-number block list.
- Website chat widget. An embeddable widget for your own site that starts a WhatsApp conversation, with optional pre-chat questions that map onto contact fields.
- Meta commerce catalog. Connect your Meta catalog to send single products and product lists natively in chat; customer carts arrive in the conversation as structured orders.
- Browser push notifications. Get notified of new customer messages even with the app tab closed. Enable per browser from Settings > Notifications; notifications respect your preview preference and stop the moment your password changes or your account is deactivated.
- Clearer broadcast reports. Messages a broadcast skipped for insufficient wallet credits are now counted separately from delivery failures, in the campaign view and the CSV export.

- Chatbot flows. Build automated WhatsApp conversations on the visual flow builder's drag-and-drop canvas: keyword, click-to-WhatsApp and new-conversation triggers, publish and unpublish controls, test-on-WhatsApp, and a per-flow funnel view. See Chatbot flows.
- Sequences and scheduled campaigns. Drip campaigns that enroll contacts and send steps over days, pause on reply, exit on opt-out, plus one-off scheduled broadcasts and retarget slices. See Sequences.
- Shopify product cards. Pick products from your connected store inside the composer and send them as rich cards in chat. See Sharing Shopify products.
- Message template sync. Your Meta template library now syncs into Engage, with live status updates (approved, pending, rejected) and categories. See Message templates.
- Contacts, custom fields and segments. A full contact book with custom fields and tags, CSV import and export, saved segments as broadcast audiences, and a per-ad click-to-WhatsApp report. See Contacts and segments.
- Developer surface. Tenant REST API keys, outbound webhooks with signed deliveries and retries, and the REST API v1. See Developers.

- New navigation. The app moved to a two-zone layout: a work rail (Home, Inbox, CRM, Contacts, Campaigns, Automation, Help) plus a Settings hub, with a bottom bar and More sheet on mobile. See Navigating the app.
- Quick replies. Save your team's canned responses and insert them from the composer with the "/" picker. See Quick replies.
- Interactive messages. Send WhatsApp reply buttons and list messages from the inbox; customer button and list replies land back in the conversation. See Interactive messages.
- All-inclusive pricing. Plans moved to a single all-inclusive model: every feature on every tier, with plan allowances up to hard monthly ceilings and an in-app upgrade path. Current plans are on the pricing page.

The platform's core shipped before this changelog existed: the shared team inbox with realtime updates, CRM with pipelines and web-form lead capture, the AI lead qualifier with voice and vision, template broadcasts with tier-aware throttling and quality protection, Shopify abandoned-cart recovery, ad conversion sync to Meta, Google and TikTok, click-to-WhatsApp attribution, agency workspaces with client dashboards, the referral program, support tickets, and account security (Google sign-in, two-factor authentication, trusted devices).
