Stravax Engage has two navigation zones: a work rail on the left for daily screens (Home, Inbox, CRM, Contacts, Campaigns, Automation), plus Help and Settings. Settings opens a hub of configure-once sections instead of crowding the rail. On mobile the rail becomes a bottom bar with a More button, and your profile lives in the avatar popover, not the rail.
| Rail item | What it opens |
|---|---|
| Home | Your dashboard |
| Inbox | The shared WhatsApp inbox |
| CRM | The lead pipeline |
| Contacts | Your contact book (browse, import, tags and custom fields) |
| Campaigns | Tabs for Broadcasts, Sequences, and Recovery (Shopify cart recovery) |
| Automation | Tabs for Flows, Auto-replies, and AI Qualifier (admins only) |
| Help | The help center and your support tickets |
| Settings | The Settings hub (see below) |
Some rail items and Settings sections only appear for admins, an agent's rail and hub are a smaller subset of the same list.
Settings groups configure-once screens into sections instead of giving each one its own rail slot:
| Section | Screens |
|---|---|
| Workspace | Team & seats, Billing & plan |
| Channels | WhatsApp & channels, Product catalog |
| Messaging | Quick replies, Templates |
| Data | Data fields |
| Developer | API keys, webhooks and activity |
Quick replies is the one section every role can reach, since agents manage their own saved replies even though most of Settings is admin-only.
If you are looking for a screen that used to sit directly on the rail, here is where each one moved:
| Looking for | Now at |
|---|---|
| Broadcasts | Campaigns → Broadcasts tab |
| Recovery | Campaigns → Recovery tab |
| Auto-replies | Automation → Auto-replies tab |
| AI Qualifier | Automation → AI Qualifier tab |
| Billing | Settings → Workspace → Billing & plan |
| Team | Settings → Workspace → Team & seats |
| Quick replies | Settings → Messaging → Quick replies |
| Channel | Settings → Channels → WhatsApp & channels |
| Profile | Avatar popover → My profile |
Below a certain screen width the rail hides and a bottom bar takes over with four destinations: Home, Inbox, CRM, and Campaigns, plus a More button for everything else, including Automation, Contacts, Help and Settings. The Settings hub itself pushes from a list of sections into a single section's screen on mobile, with a back link to return to the list.
Your profile is not on the rail. Open the avatar in the rail's footer (or the More sheet on mobile) to reach My profile and Sign out from the same popover.
