Stravax Engage keeps a synced copy of your WhatsApp template library: it pulls templates from Meta automatically and reflects an approval or rejection within seconds. You use synced templates for broadcasts and for messaging contacts outside the 24-hour window. Templates are still created and submitted for review outside Stravax Engage; this page just shows and tracks their current state.
Sync is read-only against Meta, Stravax Engage never creates, edits, or submits a template on your behalf. It only pulls what already exists on your connected WhatsApp Business Account:
If a template is removed from your account entirely, Stravax Engage marks it as deleted rather than removing the row, so past campaigns that reference it keep working.
Each template in the panel shows a status chip, a quality indicator, and when it was last synced.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Approved | Meta has approved this version of the template. |
| Pending | Still under Meta's review. |
| Paused | Meta has currently disabled the template. |
| Rejected | Meta rejected the template. The rejection reason Meta provided is shown alongside the status. |
| Deleted | Meta no longer returns this template from your account; the record is kept for history. |
Quality is shown on a green, yellow, or red scale, mirroring the quality rating Meta assigns to the template based on real-world delivery performance.
Open the templates panel and press "Sync now." This action is limited to admins. The panel then shows an updated "last synced" time once the pull completes.
Templates come up in two places:
Everywhere else, in ordinary two-way conversation inside the 24-hour window, you send regular free-form messages and don't need a template.
You cannot design a new template or submit one for Meta's review from inside Stravax Engage. This page only syncs and displays the state of templates that already exist on your WhatsApp Business Account.
