Managing your subscription

Last updated: 16 July 2026

You choose your plan tier, billing interval, and currency when you first subscribe, from the pricing page or the "Choose your plan" card on Billing. There is no self-serve toggle yet to change tiers on an active subscription: contact Stravax support to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. Once canceled, the plan chooser reopens so you can subscribe again.

How do I choose a plan when I sign up?

On the pricing page, toggle between monthly and annual billing and between AED and USD, then choose Starter, Growth, or Scale. Annual billing is charged once a year at a lower per-month rate than monthly. If you have a trial code, enter it before paying: a valid code starts a trial and your card is only charged once the trial ends. Without a code, billing starts immediately after checkout.

What does my Billing page show once I'm subscribed?

Your current plan name and status (trial, active, payment past due, suspended, or canceled), whether you're billed monthly or annually and in which currency, and meters for your usage this month against your plan's included broadcast messages, ad conversion events, and AI usage.

What happens if a payment fails?

The first failed payment moves your account to a past-due grace state: Stripe retries automatically, and sending only pauses if the retries keep failing. If every retry is exhausted, your account moves to suspended: sending pauses, but your data and inbox stay fully available. Update your card with Stravax support to resume.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or change my billing interval?

Not as a self-serve toggle today. While you have a trial, active, past-due, or suspended subscription, changing tier or billing interval, or canceling, goes through Stravax support rather than an in-app control. Once your subscription is fully canceled, the "Choose your plan" chooser on Billing opens back up and you can pick any tier, interval, and currency again, the same as a first-time signup.

Do trial codes have a limit?

Yes. Each trial code has a maximum number of uses, once it is used up, or if it has been voided, it is rejected on any new signup attempt.
