Your Stravax Engage wallet is a prepaid balance that funds AI usage beyond your plan's included allowance. Your plan's included allowance is always used first, so the wallet is only ever charged for what falls outside it. Top up anytime through Stripe from the Billing page.
Your WhatsApp messages do not draw from it. Meta bills your own WhatsApp Business account directly for message delivery at Meta's prices, and Stravax Engage adds 0% markup on top, so a billable send costs you nothing here. Your sends are still itemized in the usage statement, at zero.
Nothing else draws from the wallet. Ad conversion events and broadcast messages are included up to your plan's monthly ceiling and are never billed to the wallet, if you reach that ceiling, the fix is upgrading your plan, not topping up.
Your plan's included AI allowance is used first, at no charge. Only usage past that included amount is metered from the wallet. Free, in-window service replies to customers never debit the wallet at all, whether or not you have a balance.
On the Billing page, the Wallet balance card shows your current balance and an Add funds field. Enter an amount and select "Top up wallet" to open a secure Stripe checkout; your balance updates once the payment completes. The wallet ledger itself is held in USD; if your account displays AED, that is a fixed conversion for display only.
Three places on the Billing page:
Yes. Admins can set a low-balance alert on the Billing page: below that amount, an alert appears on the billing surface reminding you to top up before AI beyond your allowance stops. It starts at AED 50 until you change it, and clearing the field puts it back to that default.
AI usage beyond your plan's included allowance stops until you top up, this is a deliberate prepaid design, not a bug. Your WhatsApp messaging is unaffected: at 0% markup it does not draw from the wallet, so sending keeps working whatever your balance is. Top up from the Billing page at any time.
