Your Stravax Engage wallet is a prepaid balance that funds two things only: the per-message platform fee on your WhatsApp sends, and AI conversations that go beyond your plan's included allowance. Your plan's included allowance is always used first, so the wallet is only ever charged for what falls outside it. Top up anytime through Stripe from the Billing page.
Only two things:
Nothing else draws from the wallet. Ad conversion events and broadcast messages are included up to your plan's monthly ceiling and are never billed to the wallet, if you reach that ceiling, the fix is upgrading your plan, not topping up.
Your plan's included AI conversations are used first, at no charge. Only usage past that included amount is metered from the wallet. Free, in-window service replies to customers never debit the wallet at all, whether or not you have a balance.
On the Billing page, the "Message Credits" card shows your current balance and a top-up form. Enter an amount and select "Top up wallet" to open a secure Stripe checkout; your balance updates once the payment completes. The wallet ledger itself is held in USD; if your account displays AED, that is a fixed conversion for display only.
Three places on the Billing page:
Billable sends are blocked once the wallet balance is insufficient to cover them, this is a deliberate prepaid design, not a bug. Free, in-window service replies to customers keep working regardless of your balance. Top up from the Billing page at any time to resume billable sends.
