Yes, Stravax Engage has a referral program. Every account gets a persistent referral code to share with other brands. When someone signs up with your code and their first invoice is actually paid, both your account and theirs get 20% off for 3 months. Find your code on the "Refer a brand" card on your Billing page.
On the Billing page, the "Refer a brand" card shows your code with a Copy button, plus a history of brands you've referred. Each referred brand's name is masked to its first word, alongside its status, so no other org's email or billing details are exposed to you.
Both your account and the referred brand get 20% off for 3 months, but only once the referred brand signs up with your code AND their first invoice is actually paid. A signup alone does not trigger it, and a trial period alone does not trigger it either: it takes a real, settled payment on that account's first invoice.
Yes, the two can be combined. The reward still only fires once that account's first paid invoice settles, so if they start with a trial, the reward waits until the trial ends and the first real payment goes through.
