Stravax Engage offers three self-serve plans, Starter, Growth, and Scale, plus an Agency tier for larger operations you request by inquiry. Every plan includes the same core features: shared inbox, CRM, AI lead qualifier, ad conversion sync, and Shopify integration. Plans differ only in included volume, seats, and support level. Current pricing lives at https://app.stravax.ai/pricing.

What does every plan include?

All three self-serve plans ship the identical feature set:

Nothing above is held back for a higher tier. If a feature exists in the product, you have it on Starter too.

How do the plans differ?

How do the monthly ceilings work?

Broadcast messages and ad conversion events are included up to a hard monthly ceiling on every plan. Reaching the ceiling does not trigger a surprise charge: ad conversion events in particular are framed as "included" in the product, never billed as an overage. Once you hit a ceiling, the fix is to upgrade to the next tier for a higher one. If you are already on Scale and need more room, you can contact Stravax directly to raise it.

What about AI conversations beyond my plan?

Each plan includes a set number of AI conversations per month. Usage beyond that included amount is metered from your prepaid wallet rather than blocked. See The prepaid wallet for how that billing works.

Is there a plan for agencies running many brands?

Yes. If you are running many brands, need custom volumes, or want bespoke integrations, the pricing page has an inquiry form for Enterprise and Agency deals: there is no public pricing on this tier, and Stravax comes back with a tailored proposal.

Where do I see current pricing?

Plan prices, seat counts, and included volumes change over time. The authoritative, current numbers for every tier are always at https://app.stravax.ai/pricing, with toggles for monthly versus annual billing and AED versus USD.
