Sales performance is a per-agent table in Reports showing, for a date range, how many leads each team member handled, how many they won, how many they lost, and the value they won in each currency. It is admin-only, defaults to the last 30 days, and exports to CSV.
Open Home, then the Reports tab, and select Sales performance. Reports is admin-only, so an agent cannot see their colleagues' numbers.
| Column | How it is counted |
|---|---|
| Agent | The team member. Leads with nobody assigned are grouped into a single Unassigned row rather than dropped. |
| Leads handled | Distinct leads this agent owned that changed status inside the range. Three moves on one lead count once. |
| Won | Leads closed as won inside the range. |
| Lost | Leads closed as lost inside the range. |
| Won value | The total won, listed per currency and never added across currencies, because Stravax Engage holds no exchange rates. |
Credit follows who owned the lead at the moment of the move, not who owns it now, so reassigning a lead after the fact does not move a closed deal onto someone else's row.
Leads marked as test data, and leads flagged as junk, are excluded from every column.
The last 30 days unless you pick another range. The end date is inclusive, so a range ending today includes today's closes.
The same table is available as a report export from Reports, with one row per agent and these columns: agent_email, agent_name, leads_handled, won, lost, won_value_by_currency. The per-currency values ride in one cell, formatted as AED 1200.00; USD 300.00, rather than fanning an agent across several rows.
Because the two columns measure different dates, and that is correct rather than a bug. "Handled" counts the day the work was logged; "won" counts the date on the deal. If an agent closes a deal today but backdates it to last month, the win lands in last month's range while the activity lands in this one. Compare the columns as two different questions, not as a total and its subset.
Leads that were converted before 24 July 2026 carry no close date, because the field did not exist until then. The report counts closes by date, so those leads sit outside every range and appear nowhere in this table. Nothing was lost: the leads, their conversion value and their timelines are all intact on the CRM board. Historical close dates were deliberately not invented, so the report is honest about the period it can actually speak for. Deals closed from 24 July 2026 onward are counted normally.
